There I was, 252 lbs. plus and my waist was 40+ inches, although I only would admit to 38 and still tried to squeeze into 36 inch jeans (ouch!) My body fat was well over 20% and I was really losing the battle fast. I finally came to the realization that what I was doing wasn’t working and I would have to change my training methods and diet to stop the losing battle to FAT!
Here I am January 18th. 218 lbs. 10.2% body fat and as strong as I have been since college. I feel great, I have more energy and best of all, I know I can do anything once I set my mind to it.
